How Executive Coaching Works
We start with a Discovery Call to understand your business, the challenges you’re facing and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide whether we’re the right fit.
We’ll begin with an initial three-month commitment, then continue on a rolling monthly basis.
Each month you’ll have:
- A dedicated coaching session focused on your priorities, the decisions you’re facing and where you want your business to go.
- Access to additional Decision sessions whenever you need to talk something through or make a decision that can’t wait.
Together, we’ll combine strategic coaching with responsive decision support, giving you the time, space and perspective to make business decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
